SIMPLE PAST vs PRESENT PERFECT

Simple Past
- Activity or situation began and ended at a particular time in the past.
Example : I saw him last night. 
                 They left one minute ago.
                  He bought a new car three days ago.

Time signals :(...) ago, Last (....), yesterday.

Present Perfect
- Something happened in the past at unspecified time. The exact time is not important.
Example : They have moved to a new apartment.
                  Have you ever visited Mexico?
                  I have already seen that movie
                  Alex feels bad. He has just heard some bad news.

Adverbs : Never, already, yet, still,  just, so far, 
                 "since and for" for particular time and duration.

                 - I have liked cowboy movies ever since I was a child
                 - I have known him for many years.

Task 1.
